Zena Krogedal
Founder - CEO
A Life Shaped by Freedom.
A Calling to Restore Others.
On April 24, 1975, Zena’s life was forever shaped by freedom.
Her family fled Vietnam during the fall of Saigon, leaving behind everything they knew in pursuit of safety, hope, and a future they could not yet see. What awaited them in America was not just refuge, but opportunity… made possible by the sacrifice of those who served.
That truth never left her.
For over 20 years, Zena has served as a ministry leader, Bible teacher, and counselor—helping individuals and families navigate healing, identity, and purpose. Alongside her work in ministry, she has built a successful career as a Commercial/Residential investment real estate broker and business leader, equipping others to build lasting legacy through both faith and financial stewardship.
But at the center of it all is a calling:
To ensure that those who have carried the cost of freedom are never left to carry it alone.
Through Freedom Legacy Foundation, Zena is leading a growing movement to restore lives, strengthen families, and build generational impact—honoring sacrifice not just with words, but through action.

Chris understands firsthand the weight carried by those who serve on the front lines.
Having served for many years as a police officer, he has experienced and witnessed situations that most people will never encounter. From high-pressure environments to life-altering moments—including being involved in an officer-involved shooting—Chris knows what it means to carry both the visible and invisible burdens of service.
But his story does not end there.
For over 15 years, Chris has also served as an ordained minister, walking alongside individuals and couples through some of life’s most difficult seasons. Through biblical counseling, he has helped bring healing, restoration, and renewed hope to those navigating trauma, brokenness, and the complexities of life and relationships.
Today, Chris brings both worlds together—
a deep understanding of service and sacrifice, paired with a calling to help others heal.
His life reflects the very mission of Freedom Legacy Foundation:
